Jamie Ranse is a Registered Nurse with a background and tertiary qualifications in Critical Care Nursing and Nursing Education. Currently Jamie is employed as a Research Coordinator in the Intensive Care Unit of The Canberra Hospital. His research interests are in Critical Care Nursing, Resuscitation Experience and pre-ambulance care. Jamie is an editorial board member for the Australasian Emergency Nursing Journal and peer-reviews for a number of national and international journals relating to Critical Care Nursing and Pre-hospital Care. Additionally, Jamie holds an Adjunct Professional Associate position with the University of Canberra.
Jamie has been a member of St John Ambulance Australia since 1992. During this time he has held various volunteer roles. Currently, Jamie is a board member for St John Ambulance Australia (ACT) Inc and a National Staff Officer.
