Description

Dementia is a growing problem in terms of costs to sufferers, carer’s and the health system. Incidence rates are expected to increase due to the ageing population and the absence of an effective cure or treatment. The ‘Diets to Defy Dementia’ program (DTDD) was developed in 2010 between COTAWA, NAWA, and ECU with the purpose of increasing dementia awareness.
