Abstract

Research project by the Indigenous Law Centre examining experiences of Aboriginal women and children before the courts in sexual assault cases - improve current practices and processes to benefit victims and survivors of sexual assault - miscarriage of justice in Aurukun involving Aboriginal ten year old girl - sentences did not reflect gravity of the crime.
