Abstract

Although more than a few editors and scholars have addressed themselves to the topic, there is no consensus on the relationship of Peele's The Battle of Alcazar to Muly Molocco, which Henslowe records as having been performed by Strange's Men fourteen times between February 1592 and January 1593.
