Abstract
We present the results of experimental investigations of the ultralong-range propagating magnetoplasmons in the specially designed heterostructure. The propagation distance of the surface plasmon increases up to 35 μm due to the inclusion of the photonic crystal in the structure and at the same time it can be effectively controlled by the magnetic field of 240 mT due to the presence of the magnetic layer.
