Jake Dennis's poetry has been published in Page Seventeen, Wet Ink, Art Monthly Australia, Sitelines, Creative Connections, Cottonmouth, dotdotdash, River Tales, and The Disappearing. In 2011 he was a Young Writer-in-Residence at the Katherine Susannah Prichard Writers Centre and won the Now and Then Literature Prize. In 2012 WA Poets Inc invited him to be a guest poet in their 2012 Poetry Festival.
