Abstract

Adequate testing is essential to guarantee the quality of a software system. Many software testing techniques have been proposed to tackle the software testing problem. Among these techniques, the Unified Modeling Language (UML) based approach is attracting greater attention recently. A problem commonly faced by these techniques is that adequate testing can only be achieved by exhaustive coverage in the absence of priority guideline. In this paper, we present a UML-based approach to classify testing priority based on risk analysis.
