Beliefs about Burnout amongst Mental Health Professionals

Description

The topic of burnout amongst Mental Health Professionals has received considerable attention over the past three decades as demands on health services and resources increase. My paper examines Mental Health Professionals’ beliefs of burnout from a phenomenological perspective. In May 2011 I attended the bi-annual conference of European Association of Work and Organisational Psychology in the Netherlands. I needed to design a large poster to communicate the findings of my PhD research project to an academic audience. It needed to present the information in a clear and attractive way.
