Description
This dataset supports a study on additively manufactured self-expanding Nitinol stents developed using a zero Poisson’s ratio structural design for potential vascular implant applications. The work investigates the relationship between stent geometry, mechanical performance, deployment behaviour, and fatigue response using experimental mechanical testing and finite element analysis. The publicly available dataset includes selected deployment-related numerical results used to support the manuscript, while full raw experimental data, complete simulation files, and additional unpublished datasets are not included because they form part of ongoing PhD thesis and future publications. Additional data may be made available from the corresponding author upon reasonable request, subject to institutional approval and publication considerations.
