About This Journal
Design Process Investigation (DPI) publishes design students’ essays (both textual and visual) about design methods and processes. Design is going through rapid changes. Design professionals are required conduct rigorous research through practice and writing. Critical thinking and design research abilities therefore need to be emphasised in design education. By encouraging exploration of design processes and methods as research, design students can develop in-depth thinking that will contribute to richer and more meaningful design.
