Abstract
Traditionally case studies have been used in the teaching of information based courses as a preferred means of making the learning experience as authentic as possible for students. This paper describes a variant to this in which a real company with a real business issue interacts with a class of master's degree students in order that the company can be assisted in furthering its goals.
