Abstract

This project demonstrates the methodology and implementation of thermoelectric air conditioner using Peltier effect. The positives of thermoelectric coolant over traditional coolants include their tiny size and weight, lack of moving components, and working fluid. The suggested system comprises two aspects, and when DC power passes via it, heat is transferred through one end onto another end, causing one end to become colder and the other to become hotter. The cold side drops beneath room temperature, whereas the heated side is connected to a heating element to maintain room temperature. Regarding reduced temperature in special purposes, many refrigerators could be spiraled collectively. Electrical energy which is needed to power the cooler can be supplied from a solar panel which is beneficial for the rural areas. The proposed model contains multiple power sources for better efficiency. The proposed prototype is economical and tested utilizing proper components, with promising outcomes. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.
