Abstract
The objective of this study is to investigate the multifaceted determinants influencing booking intentions in the dynamic landscape of short-term rentals. Drawing on established theories in consumer behaviour and hospitality management, the research aims to shed light on the interplay of factors such as price, occupancy rate, reviews, superhost status, instant book feature, listing type, and their potential moderation. By synthesising these insights, the study seeks to provide a deeper understanding of the complex decision-making processes of potential guests in the evolving context of modern hospitality and short-term accommodation platforms.
