Abstract
In an increasingly connected and environmentally conscious world, sustainable global business practices are no longer optional, they are essential. The critical intersection of international law and environmental governance is essential for creating environmental business practices. Using legal systems and regulatory frameworks shape and enforce sustainable business production across borders. From climate change and human rights obligations to trade regulations, these practices equip students with the knowledge to navigate the legal complexities of operating ethically and sustainably in a global marketplace. Legal Frameworks for Sustainable Global Business explores how businesses, governments, and societies can collaboratively transition toward a sustainable economic future. This book presents varying legal approaches to sustainability in different economic systems, including developed, emerging, and developing economies. Covering topics such as climate change, global business, and legal frameworks, this book is an excellent resource for academics, policymakers, business leaders, and students.
