Adopt inquiry-based approaches to teaching science Australian Professional Standards for Teachers—Graduate Level:

Standard 1: Know students and how they learn (Focus areas 1.2, 1.4, 1.5)

Standard 2: Know the content and how to teach it (Focus areas 2.1, 2.2)

Standard 3: Plan for and implement effective teaching and learning (Focus areas 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.4, 3.5)

Standard 4: Create and maintain supportive and safe learning environments (Focus areas 4.1, 4.2, 4.4)
