Abstract
Introduction
- There is currently no child centred checklist available to guide ethical research methodology and reporting [1,2].
- This project developed the first Child Research Checklist (CRC) with input from international experts in the field of child centred research.
- This checklist will maximise the core principles of respect,beneficence and justice by guiding child research activities.
- The final CRC (Stage 4) will assist researchers to plan methodologies to meet ethical approval; build international collaborative research capacity; and embed a research culture aligned to drive safety, quality and sustainability in research with children [1,2,3] ...
