A temperature insensitive FBG load cell with on-board intensity based interrogation
Abstract
A temperature insensitive fibre Bragg grating (FBG) load cell with on-board intensity-based interrogation is presented. We demonstrate that using dual FBGs in a push pull configuration eliminates the need for a dedicated FBG interrogator.
