Abstract

Placements play a very important role in the commencement of a student career. The student should exhibit the right employability skills to get himself the first break into the Industry. Students who have employability or job readiness skills that make them fit into and remain in the work environment is actually a real problem. An attempt has been made to develop a system to make the student's aware of their area of interest and make them employable as they pass out from the organization or learning centres. The intention is to accomplish the 7E's of Employability which are Embrace, Engage, Empower, Enjoy, Evaluate, Encourage, and Evolve. The proposed solution will assess the student's personality to make them Industry ready by giving them space to improve upon their soft skills, aptitude-test and technological skills.
