Abstract
Phantoms, the debut solo album from renowned Perth bassist/composer Nick Abbey (National Jazz Awards finalist / 3x WAM Jazz Song of the Year winner).
Following on from outstanding cooperative efforts with Abbey|Foster|Falle and TRISK, Phantoms reunites Abbey with long-time collaborators Chris Foster (piano) and Daniel Susnjar (drums) for an exquisitely-recorded and highly-charged personal statement: a suite of emotive and striking original compositions brought to life by the trio’s fiery musical rapport.
