Abstract
A fiesta of Latin American guitar music from Villa-Lobos to Bellinati and beyond, performed by WAAPA guitar students and guest artists the Silver Sands Guitar Trio (Jonathan Paget, Craig Lake, and Nathan Fischer). The guitar artistry of South America dances to the tune of the choros, the samba, the waltz and the tango!

About the Performers: Plectra Guitar Ensemble Directed by Jonathan Paget, Plectra is WAAPA’s energetic and virtuosic classical guitar ensemble, currently comprising Robert Parker, Isaac Mangano, Carmen Vasiu, Tayne Burnside, Abbey Bradstreet, Rohan Bacskai, Stefan Pavlovic, and Dylan Moore.
